❤️It's been 2 years since I last posted. And this poem is actually a product of a sudden urge to write what I'm feeling in the middle of the night. My brain has been working a lot lately. Gonna have to give this to my brother for the tune. Yes, Will try to turn this poetry  into a song.

Nice quality of photos. Of course it would depend on the proper adjustments on the lighting, whether to lighten or darken. Also, properly focus your camera to the object, because what you see in the finder is not actually the exact position of it in the photo that will come out.

Instax Mini 25

I know a lot of you guys reading this post would wanna have or own this kind of camera. Cute and fancy, but It isn't your usual camera. Not the one you can delete and retake the photos If taken wrongly, not the one you can easily transfer to your flash drive for uploads online. Rather it is a camera for special and unforgettable moments only, mark that.

I got mine last March 20 2013 from my sister in Florida. So it's a lot cheaper there, than it is here in the Phils. I got the camera as a gift for my upcoming birthday this May.

The box includes:

• Instax Mini 25 Camera
• 1 Close-Up lens
• Wrist strap
• Manual
• 2pcs CR2 Lithium Batteries

Also got two single pack mini film, but it was purchased separately. 

NOTE: Do not dare remove the film after putting it in place inside the camera. Doing so would waste the next sheets available. (No image will appear.) - But some users reported that some films still work If not exposed to light for prolonged period upon opening the back of the cam. Just take  note that the film should not be exposed to light, period. 

There are different film designs available in the market. I've searched for some, due to the desperate need of buying films and taking shots again (ran out of films!) 

Colorful and artsy films make capturing moments more enjoyable. lul :3 
The cheapest film available costs 430 Php, and the most expensive costs around 980 to 1000 Php for the single packs.

Below is the camera and some of the photos I've taken. On the lowermost left is the close up lens attached on the strap.

Life of Physical Therapy students?

You have No Idea, Buddy.

Musculoskeletal SEMinar just ended.Yes, it's finally over,  but passing the subject is not yet for certain. Especially that it's been bloody for all of us. Just imagine being assigned to a particular case, given to you randomly, present it in front of the panels; one Rehab doctor and a licensed Physical Therapist (usually), with complete Anatomy, Kinesiology, Pathophysiology, Etiology and the Medical-Surgical Background of that particular condition. Of course the Initial Evaluation, the Plan of care or the PT intervention, they're the most important part of it.

Eye bags-It's part of our uniform, Yes.

 Add up the zits. -Secondary to late-night-ppt-making and desperate completion of IE. It was a great experience tho, I've learned a lot from my group mates, the professors and doctors, and of course from my mistakes. I love being corrected, in that way I would know what I should improve (I just hate inconsiderate, arrogant panels. Man! like ,they've never made mistakes before). Right, I just have to say that.


Day after tomorrow, we'll be out to the clinics and hospitals. It's like our pre-internship. I'm not prepared, not ready yet. I admit it. It was all just, soooo sudden, and fast. All the techniques, Therapeutic exercises, Special tests, MMTs, ROMs, just passed. We're only given a chance to encounter them like, for one week per region. And loads of other topics would add up to it the week after. No time to refresh. It's like, "do-it-yourself" task. I just wish I had time to study, I just don't have. I even sacrifice my hours of sleep. Now I really have to study  and review all them to help me on Tuesday...  TUESDAY??? That's two days from now!!

Just 2 days of review...

 I do not think that's enough, but, I will try my best. I cannot quit now. It will all probably be worth it someday, anyways. I will try not to complain, because honestly, it won't do good. Can't wait to march and receive my diploma. Can't wait to make my parents proud. Can't wait to meet my future patients ♥

It's Hidden.

I do not really sketch all the time, 

I am not a total artist. 

I can not make a portrait or an art in just a wink like how the passionate artists do,

 not literally but, metaphorically.

I  don't even know how I end up finishing the sketches, well, let's say pleasing enough to the eyes.

To be honest, I just discovered this talent of mine, last year (2012). 

My first attempt of sketching resulted and looked like a caricature. 

I wasn't confident enough to show it to my friends, but then, glad they liked it.

You know that feeling, when they actually recognized who's in your drawing? ☺

• The only girl is my elementary best friend (I just hope we're still best friends until now.)

HARBOUR SQUARE

One of the nicest place to go If you just want to hang out, chill and party after a long day from work or school.

 It is best to go and visit the place when the sun is about to set. The lights surrounding the Coconut trees that lines the walkway and the restaurants beside the Bay of Manila adds to the seaside ambiance. There are live bands, more than a dozen of restaurants, and occasional night bazaars making it a good hangout place for friends, couples and family.

It is located along the Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City. Near Star City, one of the most famous amusement parks in Manila, and along the side of Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP Complex).

Friends and I went to a bar located inside the square.
It's called JSA 

There, we stayed and had fun. Celebrating Valentines with your friends is just epic!  

We've been planning to do this and we're all glad we finally had the chance to do so. 

We set rules before leaving Dasmarinas

• Drink responsibly
• When someone offers you a drink, do not, I said, do not accept it. 
• Do not give away your number If ever a stranger approached you and asked for it.
• Never leave the table without anyone, (according to a friend, there were incidents that some people put drugs in the drinks.)

So, there, the place was so alive, music was loud, everyone was dancing and singing along with the music at the same time.

The Story of St. Valentine

02- 14- 13

So Today's Valentine's day huh?

When hearts are everywhere and RED is all over the place. Malls are crowded, vacation places and  fancy restaurants are fully booked, and probably motels and hotels are, too. Holding hands while walking, blushing faces, "i love you's" everywhere, and smell of the roses and perfume because dissolved particles or molecules move from a more concentrated area to a less concentrated area, or what we called diffusion. (Nerd alert*)  People are indeed, happy and in love, specially t♥day.

Bet you've once wondered... Why celebrate Valentine's Day? Who is Valentine anyway?
And for sure, you would think that the story behind Valentine's day is a "happy" story. It's actually not.
Curious? Let me tell you about the story behind it...

Valentine is a priest. He lives in Rome during the third century. That time, the place was ruled by an emperor Claudius.

The emperor wanted to build a big army. He wanted every men to join his army. Unfortunately, only few men applied because most of the men don't want fight and it is enough reason for them to not leave their families and loved ones. Emperor Claudius was furious. He thought that If marriages continue, his plan won't be possible. That time on he decided to not allow any more marriages.

Since Valentine's a priest, one of his favorite things to do is to marry couples. And for him, the emperor's idea is just crazy. Even after the emperor passed the law, he continued marrying couples, secretly. Yes. Just him, the bride, and the groom inside a candlelit room.

One day, while he whispers the words of the ceremony, footsteps were heard from the outside. Good thing the couple escaped. But he was caught. He was thrown to jail and the emperor proclaimed that his punishment was death. He tried to stay calm though.

During the imprisonment, people visit him just to throw flowers and notes to his window. Notes, saying that they agree to the priest's decision to continue marrying couples, even if it's against the emperor's will. They wanted him to know that, they too, believe in Love. One of them was the daughter of the jail guard, who's always there to visit and talk to him even for hours.

The day came that he's to die, he left his friend a note saying, "Love from your Valentine"

And from that day on, people continue to spread the love and exchange love messages on Valentine's day. St. Valentine died on February 14 269 A.D - That, until now, people remember.

And hey, for you, Dear Emperor Claudius,
now you know, Love can not be beaten!
